Written or Recorded, these meditations can be used over and over, by yourself or with a group of friends to gain insight and perspective into life.

Topics such as bullying, fear of performance, friendship, forgiveness, relaxation and bedtime meditations all make amazing, insightful and healing moments for your child to connect with his or her own guides, intuition and insights!

* Remember you may not see anything. Your messages could come in feelings, smells, thoughts or even hearing words spoken. You might simply know what it means. There are no right or wrong ways to do the meditations. Whatever way the messages come through is right for you. If all you feel is a bit more relaxed, that is enough for now. The more you do the meditations, the easier it becomes to tap into your own method of intuition. The Meditative Moments Videos below are mini Guided Visual Meditations to help you find moments of peace in your day. Each one has a specific purpose, but all can bring a calm peaceful state, if only for a moment!
Sun Rays This mini-meditation helps to clear away the 'dirt' of the day, using the bright beautiful rays of the sun, allowing for a brighter tomorrow.
